Sciatica pain?!

Does anyone know a way that I can relieve this pain? 
This pain is getting unbearable, I can barely even walk & I’m only 6 months. 🥺😫
Does this get better? Does it get worse? Lol.. seriously considering going to a chiropractor

I have a pretty bad case of sciatica that started before I was even pregnant. Since I can’t apply any of my ointments or take medicine anymore what I do is wear a pregnancy safe back / belly belt. It helps a ton !!!!! You can use your heating pad as long as it doesn’t raise your body temp. You can also do stretches to relieve the pain and if it doesn’t get better I would see a chiropractor or a physical therapist.

You know,  I had sciatica earlier on in my pregnancy too, and I fully expected it was only going to get worse as I got further along and the baby continued to grow and swelling increased.  But the opposite has happened,  I very rarely have symptoms anymore at 38+2, and haven't for weeks.  I'm not sure why this is,  but I hope you have the same luck! 🤞
