Hot showers and why I’m freaking out
So I just got super cold and the only thing that’ll warm me is a very hot shower.
I just read that hot showers can be dangerous in your first trimester. I don’t do it all the time and I was only in there for maybe 15 minutes.
Does anyone else take hot showers and find that nothing bad has happened? I’m just worried because there’s all these things I’m JUST learning I can’t do and I’ve done some before I knew I was pregnant.
