Tinea versicolor, put an OTC antifungal cream like lotrimin on them a couple times a day til it clears up. It should improve but it usually takes a couple weeks so keep putting it on even if it looks like it’s gone. It’s a fungal infection, and it’s common in college age people. I’ve had it multiple times over the years!
