Info on sex with endometriosis!

Hi! I am 19, almost 20, and was diagnosed with endometriosis about a year and a half ago. Ive had sympoms of it for as long as ive had my period (about 11 years old) and was able to manage after getting diagnosed when i was still on my mothers insurance. However, im no longer on it and its getting difficult. While i was with my ex, i had difficulty during sex when it came to dryness, which lead to tearing and pain. I attributed it to his rough nature and lack of giving a shit about my side of it. (Thats a topic for another time.) Sex with my current boyfriend however is usually fine in when it comes to dryness, but lately i seem to be having quite a bit of trouble again no matter how badly I want it. I dont know much about endometriosis reguarding sex, but could that be part of why im struggling? Or do you think its due to my stress and dehydration? (Im very busy currently, and working all the time.) Im just worried and hope to find a solution if there is one. Any opinions or stories would be much appreciated!!
