Hemorrhoids!! Who’s dealt with them?!

Saturday one of them bursted I guess and let me tell you, blood and clots came our like I was on my period!! It didn’t hurt... last few days when I wipe, little blood been on the tissue since... now today, I feel a bump back there outside my bootyhole. Not big but like the size of a grape.. not painful, and I can barely tell it’s there when I walk.. is that internal or external sounding? How can I get it to shrink?!
