Possible cyst or just swollen vulva??

Hey girlies!! Thought I’d come here for help. On Monday I noticed my vulva looks very swollen almost like there’s a cyst in it? I’ve had this twice before about 4 years ago and once two years ago and it went away within a day or two but this time it’s still here. Have any of you had this? Should I get it checked out?? Or any tips to reduce it?
