Gender scan at 15 weeks I’m now 16 weeks

So I’m low key freaking out now... I went to my appointment today and told him we went to find out the gender at 15 weeks and he’s telling me you can’t see the gender til 16 weeks it’s not even formed yet. We had a gender reveal and bought boy stuff already did anyone else find out the gender early and it was right ?!?

Also does this look like a boy??
