My tubal reversal surgeon told me yesterday to get the metho injection from my OB. He says because he thinks I may have an ectopic and it's not worth risking my tube. But my OB won't give it to me til she clearly sees it's an ectopic. My numbers were 10, 24, 34, 62, and 162. Taken every 48 hours. She says my numbers look good and are increasing like a normal pregnancy and she doesn't want to terminate a pregnancy that could be one that's in the uterus. So she wants another beta in 1 week and hopefully my numbers still look good and are high enough for ultrasound. I had 2 positive ovulation times last month. She said with my numbers starting out low like they did means I was literally only days pregnant. If I go off my second ovulation date I would only be like 2 weeks and a couple days so would my numbers be about right? I am stuck in the middle in what to do and I understand both of their perspectives but what should I do? Just wait til next week and hope my number are high enough? She said they have to be at least 1000. I am so on edge and nervous and I don't know what to do or what to think. I am scared to death!
