Seems like it says the pregnancy is on track and to check again in a few weeks. It’s normal to not see the fetal pole so early.

It says that the pregnancy is in the right spot (in your uterus) and there’s a gestational sac (black part around baby) and yolk sac but they couldn’t find a heartbeat yet. It says the sac looks normal for how far along you are so I wouldn’t worry.
