How can I put on Glow that I have possibly missed a period? Or should I wait til my next Period and add it to glow then?

If you continue to log it as late and you get through the entire month Glow will recognize that you missed a period entirely (assuming that's what you mean)

I don't think that you have to add a possible missed period. I think that you just erase a period off your calendar..
