PMS after period?

so I had my period a week ago, I am on birth control currently and have been for a good 5-6 years. is it normal to feel bloated, irritable, cramps and backaches after your period? i am sexually active, but I religiously take my pill & my partner and I are very very safe. is this signs of pregnancy or just after period PMS
