So hard to leave

I’m no longer happy & tried leaving him. He called me the next day saying he’s going to jail which was true so I felt bad and tried everything to get him out or what not. It was only $100 and I only needed up having to give $20 because of his mom. I really want to leave but I feel bad because he keeps saying he knows he’s going to jail when he go back to court because he already had a case for this same thing that he wasn’t resolved. So like he keeps saying I’m the only person he has and I’m getting my own apartment next month( only my name on the lease ) , so he’s Going to jail for a few months so ofc I said he can move in cause we were already living at his place. But I’m so unhappy , he has made me insure as well.
