Would you be okay with your man being friends and accepting gifts from a girl he used to hook up with and isn't over him?

I know there is no way he would ever cheat on me. We have been together 7 months and best friends for 12 years I just know if the shoe was on the other foot he would not be impressed.... So am I being dumb?
