Exclusively pumping?

Is there anyone that has exclusively pumped and will share their experience with me. This is really what I’m wanting to do but didn’t know if that was even possible?

I just recently started exclusively pumping. Baby is 5 weeks old but for the past week she’s been sleeping so poorly and feeding almost constantly when I was trying to breastfeed. We’d had issues with latching from the beginning and things were just getting worse. She was tiring herself out and not getting the amount of milk she needed at a time so she was constantly hungry. Once I switched to exclusively pumping, she started eating 3-4oz at a time and is sleeping so much better, so I’m going to continue to do it this way so she’s getting what she needs and I can actually get some things done without her attached to my 24/7.

I’ve been doing it for 7 weeks now. I haven’t had to supper with formula. I’m so drained. EBP is the hardest thing I’ve ever been committed to. I’m think I’m going to try breastfeeding now. Praying my son will take my boobs.

I have been for 9 months now. My son never latched right. It’s totally possible. I have no idea what I’m going to do with all this milk. 😳 now I pump about 3-4 times a day depending on when my son wakes up in the morning . In the beginning it was every 2-3 hours. I have pumped in the car many times. You just find a way to make it work. But it’s totally worth it!

I did it for 10.5 months (my baby never would latch), then my supply got so low and I had to stop. To be honest for me it was hell pumping experience. It wasn’t to bad while I was on maternity leave (except it felt I spent all day hooked to a machine and not spending time with family), but as soon as I went back to work it was really hard. 
All my breaks were filled with pumping, I had to work longer hours to make up time for longer breaks to pump. It was not fun lugging the equipment all around and spending sometime 20 minutes to find some one to unlock the lactation room.... there was even more issues, but let’s just say it was just not a fun time for me. 
But, I would do it all over again if I have another LO, because I think my discomfort didn’t out way the value I was providing my LO. 🤷🏻‍♀️
