Help... positive after miscarriage?

Hi all! I had a missed miscarriage back in early August. Baby’s heart stopped at 8 weeks. Used Cytotec inserted vaginally to cause miscarriage since it wasn’t happening naturally. Had two follow up ultrasounds and tech said everything had passed! I got my period about 3 weeks later. It was 9 days long 😭 had a negative test two weeks ago which put my mind at ease that all the pregnancy tissue had passed. Took this test this morning and I feel like it looks positive.. maybe it’s just me... did the miscarriage not complete? Could I somehow be pregnant again? So confused and needing advice!
