My little one has one side that’s flat due to his neck being stiff and only facing one side . Our doctor has provided us to see a Physical Therapist because he diagnosed him with something called torticollis . We’ve been trying to do some home therapy like exercising his neck muscles to help with the stiffness in the meantime before we have his PT appointment . If you feel any concern you should definitely talk to your baby’s pediatrician .

Even if it is a little flat, at this stage it’s nothing to worry about! Once they can hold their own head up everything sort of evens itself out typically.
