What should I introduce first to my daughter, she is 5 m now and in a month will be as they say ready for solids. What should I give her first?

It's recommended to start with veggies before fruit, since fruit is more acidic and can more likely upset their stomachs. Also they will get used to the sweet taste and refuse veggies 😅

We did baby led so when we would eat I would leave some plain and just sit it by her and what ever she looked interested in we gave it to her she is 2 and loves to try new foods and exploring new favors and textures
