Apartment security deposit

I recently moved out of my first apartment and they used my entire $500 security deposit and they’re charging me an additional $600 for cleaning fees. They said there were pet urines stains they found using a blue light and they charged me over $200 for a paint color change? Anyone know if this is something I just have to swallow and pay up or can I fight this? I don’t really know anything about leases and renting. I didn’t even know I could have requested a move out walk through. There’s so many things I’m kicking myself over with this whole experience. I guess you live and you learn right?
