Anyone use birth control to change their period and then get pregnant during their new ovulation dates?

I used BC to delay my period a week... and then I stopped it and it came 2 days after I stopped taking the pill. I put those dates into the app and it gave me new ovulation dates. Will my body ovulate that soon after stopping?
