Ttc an weird periods

My periods have been really crazy my husband an I are ttc. Today i woke up feeling really sick to my stomach an started bleeding. I really need opinions here weather i should take a test or go see a doctor.. I had my period on September 7-11 an again on September 30 to October 3 an started bleeding today October 13.. Any advice please
