7 or 8 dpo, nausea?

So ive had some symptoms, mild twinge left side and really sore boobs. Yesterday they were more sore and mud back pain. Today boobs are a little less sorr but i was very very nauseous for like 5mins like heartburn too i guess? Never felt anything like it before then it just went away. maybe im reading to far into so i decided this am to stop analyzing everything but then this happened. Any thought? Tia ttc#1
