Clubbed fallopian tubes??

Does anyone know what this means? I was reading my medical records from  and it said I have clubbed fallopian tubes. Does anyone know what this means

Clubbed tubes means you had an infection and it never got treated and now the area has scar tissue from fighting off the infection and it effected the way your Fallopian tube should be allowing the sperm to pass to get to the egg and gets you pregnant. Don’t be discouraged

I have clubbed tubes. My Fallopian tubes are completely scarred over. Just google it and look at pictures.
