Can’t shake the feeling *responses*

Can’t shake the feeling that my husband is cheating. He’s shown no signs but I have this gut wrenching feeling that he is and it’s literally making me sick.

Idk why it just appeared.

At S I’m thinking it might have been this app, seeing a lot of posts about cheating so know I got this feeling too. I have insecurities and I’m working on them. But I really think it may be that. Idk.

I said something to him and we talked about it and he said he’s not. To talk to my therapist about it at my next appointment( part of working on my own issues).
