Help please
So I’m 14 weeks + 6 days and I have this awful pain in the top of my stomach like just under
my ribs. I’ve been throwing up a lot so I am hoping ive just pulled a muscle. Has anyone else experienced this? It’s keeping me up at night 😭😭😭😩
