Ear pain

I’ve had weird ear pain this pregnancy. It started about 30 weeks I’m 33 weeks currently.

It strikes in the middle of the night for the most part. I went to the doc last week to check to see if there was an infection and there wasn’t. I got drops to potentially help and it hasn’t helped yet.

Anyone else experiencing this odd thing? pregnancy can really affect the body and I don’t want to waste an apt to the ENT for them to be like “oh it looks fine. It’s pregnancy hormonal with odd fluid build up.”
