Braxton Hicks - early delivery?

Ive been experiencing alot of BH - no pain only discomforts like hard to breath while it lasts
Is there any connection to early delivery and alot of BH??  Im 38 weeks

Same with me, 38w yesterday and had them all day yesterday and some throughout the day today. First time I’ve had them my entire pregnancy. They are normal throughout and don’t mean anything in regard to labor is what I was told!
