Second Baby Essentials?

Question

Anything you purchased for baby #2 that you didn't think of or get with baby #1. I'm trying to add things to my registry but I'm looking a little lost at the moment.

Whatever clothes I find that I like, I'm buying them in several successive sizes all at once so I don't have to try to think back to all the stores I went to a few months or even half a year ago and hope they have something I like that goes with the shoes/hats/other articles they'll be wearing that they haven't grown out of yet.
I'm Hella picky about clothes, especially girls clothes, so if someone wants my child to actually wear the items they bought them I've already informed them to ask me what I need because it's not much really or not much others would normally gift.
I also cloth diaper and I'll be having two in diapers, so I've figured out what I like and know exactly what I want to get for this baby, just debating on sizing.
Other than that, a really good carrier and stroller are a must. I'll have two under two, so second baby will baby will definitely be worn even more than first born, and my cheap infantino carrier made my back hurt, but the Boba wrap I borrowed was too tedious, so I'll be surging on a better structured carrier with good lower back support.
I'm not bothering with shoes under size EU20, which is I think like size US4, because, though they were cute, they were useless and just another thing to get lost.
Rather than baby socks that are tedious and once again easily lost, I'm getting cloth baby booties with soft elastics in the ankles. They are harder for baby to kick/pull off and run bigger so they last for longer.  The one pair my eldest had lasted until he wore holes into them from wiggling his toes and rubbing his feet on stuff. Also a good tip is to put tiny items like socks, booties, and mittens into a mesh laundry bag immediately after taking them off.
More thin blankets. We live in a hot climate with everywhere blasting ac, so we thought we would need more thicker blankets since we'd normally be inside. poor baby sweated bullets half the time when he was small due to over dressing and over covering. Thin blankets were the way to go, not to mention were easier to tuck around him so he couldn't kick them off with his powerful soccer player legs...
That's all I can think of at the moment and a lot of it is pretty personal to my situation, but I say close out the registry for now and think back on the various annoyances and if only moments of when your elder child was smaller and start there.  Then you can use that as a spring board for the rest of your list.
