What does morning sickness feel like?

Yesterday morning I was super hot and had stomach aches and felt like I had to puke, 5 mins later I did. I felt instantly better. 
This morning I had stomach aches and was super hot and felt like I had to puke but I never did. I took a nap and have felt fine all day. 
I am 7 weeks pregnant. The flu is going around my daycare. 
Is this morning sickness or the flu??

Sounds like morning sickness...try to keep something in your stomach all the time, it really helps. I kept saltines in my nightstand and ate them before I even got up!

Morning sickness for sure. Keep hydrated (lemon water helped settle my stomach a bit) and always have snacks handy.
