Egg white cm question

I see posts on here with pictures of ewcm. I never have cm like that. I have positive opks and i have sore boobs after ovulation. If I don't have egg white cm does that mean I'm not ovulating? I told my doctor I never notice ewcm and she didn't seem concerned
