Hey ladies I'm losing my mind. I have something to ask you all. So my husband's mother is extremely rude. She is the typical "monster in law" , I'm sure a bunch of you have experienced monster in laws and understand what I'm talking about . Besides everything else she has done to disrespect me , she also has a key to our apartment and I have reason to believe that she has been going into our apartment and snooping around while we are not home. So yesterday, she told my husband that she wants to go up to our apartment and clean our apartment (when i already cleaned it and it doesn't need to be cleaned) . And he told her that we aren't gonna be home and that he doesn't want her going in our apartment unless we are home. But she told him that she doesn't care and she's gonna go up if she wants to . I'm extremely pissed off that she thinks she can go against what we tell her. We told her not to go in our apartment when we aren't home and she said she doesn't care she will do it if she wants to. So I'm pissed and I told him I want him to take the key back from her . She has no right to have a key to our apartment . I don't even have a key to our apartment so why should she have one? So she can go and snoop through our stuff after she sees us leave? So I told him I want him to take the key back from her. Especially since she's disrespectful when we told her not to go up and she said she's gonna do it anyways . He said he doesn't wanna take the key back "just incase he loses his" or "just incase there is an emergency " I'm done with it. I'm beyond pissed off at him and at her . I don't know what to say anymore. What should I do? Because at this point it's either me or her . I would rather take my daughter and move elsewhere then have to deal with my disrespectful mother in law .
