I’ve been working with a company for 3 years now. I’ve seen people come and go I’ve been through about 4-5 rounds of all an all new team besides my manager and I. A co worker of mind has been there for almost 2 years now and we have been thinking about reporting my manger. I’ve gotten to the point where I’ve had enough. And I wanted to know what you guys think.

*Work in retail*

First she overall had an attitude. Not just with employees but with customers. Someone will ask for help and she will sigh and roll her eyes.

She comes off as a know it all and it makes our customers feel like they know nothing at all.

She gets frustrated when customers are in the store for too long and says “I don’t have time for this”

She puts on a new personality when ringing them up and if they are not part of the rewards program, you can tell she gets mad at the customer for not wanting to join.

She talks about every employee behind their backs.

Any time anyone changes their hair color she has something negative to say. Both of my co workers have experienced this and they’ve gotten to the point where they’ve almost cried.

Her turn over rate is crazy. And I wonder why I’m still there.

There was a transgender who applied and my manger looked at me and said “I will not let someone who looks like that work here”

There’s a transgender that comes in to shop and everytime they do she always has something to say in disgust.

She doesn’t like gay people either.

She hates Hispanics and gets really annoyed when they come to shop.

I think she’s forgetting to realize all her employees are Latina...

the list goes on and on.

I feel like if we report her our District manager won’t do anything about it. I like working there because customers are really nice and sometimes they come in and want specific people to help them and we get to see results from customers. My co workers are wonderful but we’re all suffering in a terrible workplace.
