Prescriptions for low supply

I've been struggling with low supply (yes I'm working with a LC who has confirmed I have low supply). I've been seeing people getting prescriptions for low supply and was wondering for those who have gotten it how did you go about it? Did a LC prescribe it? Did it work?

I see her again in 2 weeks just wanting to gather info before I bring it up. Thanks!
