Tearing rough sex

Hi. I recently had sex unprotected, during this time I don’t think I was wet enough. The next day I wake up with a little blood and soreness I took a plan b so I am thinking my blood was from the pill. Two days later I go to pee and it burns a little with no more blood. Could I have been bleeding from the pill or my cuts that also caused my burning. I read coconut oil helps heal and with bacteria is it safe to use?? Also how long does tearing take to heal?
