Over night diapers

My little one is 5 months and he wakes up for a change during the night. He doesn’t poop at night but doesn’t like to feel wet.

I saw overnight huggies diapers as well and snug and dry huggies and pampers baby dry. I chose a small pack of the pampers baby dry and when I took them out of the package they felt sooo thin! How is this going to make my babe feel dry in the night? There was like nothing to it. I hope they prove me wrong tonight and my little one sleeps well.
