Advice on my wild cat

I hope this is ok to post here. I am currently 13 weeks pregnant, we have 2 cats and 1 dog inside. For the past couple of months, the young cat (1 yr old male) has went crazy it seems. He’s all of the time getting into stuff, clawing the furniture up, attacking the other 2 animals. When I say “attack”, he’s not necessarily being mean I don’t believe but he ticks them both off and it’s annoying for us with the constant fights it causes. Anybody have any suggestions on how to calm him down, if at all possible. I’ve always had cats and never had this problem. He’s neutered, has toys. We’re in the process of looking for a new home and that along with a new baby, I’m not sure we can keep him. He might unintentionally hurt the baby is why as he already will bite and claw my 11 yr old daughter who’s always just loved on him.. please no mean comments, this is really bothering me because I’ve never had to give up a pet.. thanks in advance.

Also- I’ve tried the calming collars from petco. While it worked for about a week (despite it saying 30 days), the effect wore off.
