I’m so lost and confused

My boyfriend of 1 year just told me he doesn’t love me as much as I love him and doesn’t want to spend the rest of his life with me and he’s not sure if he wants to break up with me he’s gonna “mull it over”. We just signed a lease together, we’ve pretty much been engaged for months there was no formal engagement but it’s always been where to you want the wedding to be? Do we wanna invite so and so etc. I’m so fucking shattered I don’t know what to do I love him so much and will do anything to save my relationship.

If anyone has tried couples therapy tell me how it went?
