NIPT gender blood test accurate for you?

Hi all! I am 14 weeks pregnant tomorrow and got the gender blood test through NxGen at doctors done at 11 weeks. The results came back at 12 weeks saying girl. I am so happy about a girl! I have heard of a neighbor here where I live whose blood test said girl and it ended up being a boy at 20 week anatomy scan. So you think that was a fluke or due to the company that tested? Curious to see if most people’s gender blood tests ended up being accurate. ✨🧚🏻‍♀️ And especially if yours was nxgen and accurate! Thanks in advance for comments!

Blood tests done through a medical setting are 99% accurate. I was 13 weeks and mine was correct.

Someone said the same thing to me and got me nervous. I used panorama natera NIPT blood test and it said it was a girl. My 20 week scan confirmed it. I think it depends on what kind of test and when you do it. There is always a small percent of any error but generally I think it’s right.
