Period or postpartum bleeding?

5 weeks post partum and bleeding again. Is this Lochia again or a period? So confused! 
The last week and a half I’ve been spotting the normal yellow and white and today this again!

It usually means you irritated the healing wound by moving. After birth the placenta leaves a huge wound and that’s where the bleeding comes from. If it’s irritated by walking or lifting or twisting too much, it starts bleeding a bit again like any other scab that hasn’t fully healed.

At 4.5 weeks same thing happened to me (hospital told me it was probably my period starting up slowly despite me exclusively pumping)...disappeared afterna few days and back to white/yellow lochia discharge
