ivf? am i not getting all the info?

so i have seen posts in here saying how much they paid for ivf and meds..but then i see that they also paid for 
.FET
.ICSI
.PGS
and god knows what else! my doctor did not give me all that info i dont even know wat it is! so iam thinking about calling tomorrow and ask..but i need some more info so i know what to ask for..right now he only charging for treatment 11,000 genetic testing 2000 and medicines aprox 3000 thats it he didnt say anything about above..please help!..Thanks!

The first part of the treatment is ICSI, it’s the method they’re using for IVF. FET, is the second part of the treatment, and it’s transfer ( though i’m not sure which is used in this board for Frozen or Fresh), and the testing is the PGS, so you’re covered!

FET is a frozen egg transfer. Usually a transfer is included in the price of your cycle be it fresh or frozen.
ICSI is Intracytoplasmic sperm injection. Where instead of just putting a ton of sperm on top of the egg and let mother nature take it's course. They actually inject a single sperm into each egg. They usually only do this if you have male factor infertility and it can cost more. 
PGS is Pre-implantation Genetic Screening to make sure that your embryos are genetically normal and almost always costs extra. 
I'd definitely check with you clinic what's included. I have $15,000 infertility coverage and a full cycle, including monitoring, blood work, egg retrevial and a transfer is $9,000. Meds would have been an extra $8,000 if we put them through our insurance but our nurse found us a pharmacy and we only paid $2,600 out of pocket.
