Time to seek help. (UPDATE)
Well, it’s been 6 months and no luck. You name It, I’ve tried it. My OBGYN told me to try for 6 months and if nothing then come back. So I’ve made an appointment for next week to see what our next step is. My cycle is 28-30 days. He’s been taking fertilaid for 3 months and according to an at home sperm test, his numbers went up. I don’t know what’s the problem but I’m ready to find out. I know 6 months is not a long time ttc compared to most women, but it’s still frustrating. I hope we can get some answers and the dream of starting a family can come true for us and for all of you. Baby dust.
UPDATE: So we’ve started the testing process and let me tell you it’s not fun. I had to get an ultrasound of my uterus, a dye test to check if my tubes are clogged (not comfortable but not that bad) 3 blood test, progesterone levels are low so my ovulation is off. And today I had a biopsy of my uterine lining and omg, they say it’s not supposed to hurt but I was screaming in pain! It was just like extremely painful cramps times a million. While she was in there she noticed some polyps. Have to wait for the biopsy so we can go back and go over everything and what our next step is. Husband had one sperm analysis done, numbers are not great but not bad, motility is ok but his morphology is not looking good so he’s gonna take a second one and see if his numbers change. My question is, has anyone experienced polyps and what was done for them and were you able to get pregnant after treatment? I appreciate any feedback/advise. Thank you.
