Baby sleeping too much??? FTM

so yesterday my little girl (5 weeks) slept almost the entire day only me waking her up to feed and falling asleep nursing again. Stayed up for maybe 2 hours all together for the whole day and only woke to feed twice at night. She is doing the same thing again today. She was up for maybe an hour and has continued to sleep. She normally stays up for 1 hour and nap for two and up again. She is not running a fever and still having wet diapers but we have not had a dirty one in a day when typically we have 4-5 a day. She is still eating good when I wake her to nurse.

Any reasons why she is sleeping so much? Could it be a growth spurt? Last time she cluster fed and slept but still had dirty diapers. Just being worried cause I’m new to all of this. Thanks for any advice.
