8weeks but measuring a week behind...

Monday I went for an ultrasound and they saw 3 sacs- 2 were empty and one had a strong heartbeat but was measuring a little small.

The doc said this could be because it was going to be a triplet, or could be a sign of a future miscarriage. She is staying optimistic bc of the strong heart beat and good growth since my pervious ultrasound.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

I got for another ultrasound next week to check the growth and i’m super nervous
