Pain for 24 hours

It started last night as what felt like a stomach ache, cramps and trapped gas. I was worried as I am at risk for pre term labor. (23 weeks) and I’ve heard of women confusing gas/constipation for early labor pains.

The stomach ache and cramps left and it ended up feeling more like just trapped gas. It lasted all night. I shifted positions and got farts out. Yet still it hurt and even when I lay on my right side. Thought maybe I’m just constipated. I pooped this morning and multiple times today. The pain is now still here, 24 hours later.

No idea what to do. If I should go get checked at the ER.

After googling (yes I know) it seems to feel like what gallbladder pains can feel like, kidney stones, cyst, or even just round ligament pain except that it’s not caused by a sudden movement / sharp pain it’s been ongoing so I’m not sure.

It did lessen throughout the day but was never nonexistent and now it’s pretty painful / noticeable.

I feel it in these both areas. (Sometimes kidneys, sometimes like ovary pain)
