12 month old sleep

My 12 month old son still wakes 1-3 times at night to eat. It's the only thing that will get him to stop crying and go back to sleep. I've stopped nursing him so he gets milk now. I tried to just let him CIO but that doesn't work at all. I've tried to just give him back his binky but he just cried until he gets a bottle. I'm pregnant with my second and I'm at my wit's end trying to get him to sleep through the night especially before baby #2 comes in March.

Any recommendations?!
