Pain when sitting to standing 😓

I’m currently 31 weeks with my second child and in the last couple of weeks have been experiencing some mild pain in pelvic region. But it gets soooo painful when I have been sitting upright (not reclining etc) to standing! It feels like I can’t straighten out properly and is so painful that I can hardly walk 😓

Has anyone else experienced this or have any solutions? I have just ordered a belly band online for some extra support and hoping that it helps 🤞🏻
