After miscarriage has anyone had this happen

I had a miscarriage October first was on clomid . Doctor said I could resume sex since I passed the baby on my own an do not need a d&c an quant is dropping on its own. Question is has anyone got pregnant right after a miscarriage an how long do you bleed after a miscarriage? My bleeding comes n goes flow is light to medium brownish to red idk if its due to sex. Just want some ideas of other lady's . Thanks
