Miscarriage symptoms

Hi there, I know this isn't the happiest topic but I really need to ask. When I had my two miscarriages earlier this year for around a week or two before I started to fully mis I had a bad ache down there. It was like I'd pulled a muscle inside my vagina!?

I've had three periods since the miscarriages and three days before the bleeding starts I get the same pain. Has anyone else had this? My Dr said it might be a fall in progesterone and if so they might give me progesterone tablets.

Any info/advice/support gratefully received. I have two kids age 8 and 14. Thanks
