Looking for some advice....single parent.

Hello all! I am curious to know how other single parents have dealt with a situation. My daughters biological father hasn’t made much effort in wanting a relationship with her when she was born last year I was pushing it hard. I realized that he has to want it in his time so I ask occasionally if he wants to see her but texts go unanswered. I ended up going to court for child support and the judge ordered that he’s suppose to pay weekly child support and 49% of her childcare. He wasn’t paying and then all of a sudden he made one payment and his mom stated that he wanted receipts. I sent him an itemized fee schedule with the weekly portions mine being 51% and his being 49%. Then after the receipt request he stopped making payments since I shared with him having something extra to track would inconvenience me. I did have the child care provider initial next to the payments received and sent him a screen shot. My question is what have other single parents done? I’m in CT and I’m not sure how that do it other states but they haven’t started garnishing his wages for the child support yet so I had to file a motion of contempt because he hasn’t been paying his portion of the childcare. Looking for advise and possible other people experiences to be well informed.
