I've just got my first proper period and there is so much blood I've been bleeding really heavy for 3 days its filling a pad in a hour is this normal? don't mean to be gross but i can feel it pouring out of me 😣

No it’s normal. They’ll ease up as you get more. After my first I had a super heavy period and it lasted two weeks. This time around my first period wasn’t heavy but my second (just finished) was super heavy thankfully they both didn’t last two weeks again!

Totally normal. My first pp period was a mess! I had no idea what to expect and my husband and I were out to dinner... bad mistake. I was using a tampon and a pad and had to change both every 30min- an hour and it lasted for 8 days😅 It was awful. My second one was regular again and was light and only 4 days, so don’t worry!

If that's not a normal period for you, you should probably call your doctor. That's insane. I have heavy periods normally (full a 10hr pad in 3hrs) and my last 2 periods PP haven't been that bad.

I would call your doctor! They recommend calling if your filling a pad within an hour. My first period was also extremely heavy.
