My bf/father of my child recently broke up. It’s a very toxic situation and that’s why we broke up. The problem is neither one of us have anywhere to go and we have to live together until I save up for my own place. Most people have told me to stay and make him leave but I don’t like the neighborhood we’re in and don’t feel safe there alone. I need advice on how to live with someone that constantly puts me down and tells me what a horrible mom I am. We got into a huge fight last night and he threatened to kick me out and throw my stuff outside. I called the cops to find out what I could do to make this easier on me and what would happen if he did try to kick me out. They told me he can’t because we’re both on the lease of our apt and everything in the house is basically joint property. He told me he was going to talk to someone today about getting my daughter taken away from me. I know I’m a good mom and she won’t be taken away from me but I’m scared of what lengths he may go to make that happen. Has anyone been in this type of situation that can offer some advice?
